Head of Sales
As the Head of Sales, your primary responsibility will be to lead our sales team to achieve company revenue targets. You will develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals, oversee lead generation, and ensure successful deal closures. Your role will involve leading, supporting, and mentoring the entire sales team, optimizing sales processes, and building predictive sales cycles. Additionally, you will manage leads from their generation to closing, conduct negotiations, and work closely with the CEO and department heads to ensure strategic alignment.

What will be your work focus:

Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve company goals.
- Drive Lead Generation team.
- Be responsible for continuous lead processing after the lead generation stage.
- Convert leads into successful deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Ensure effective use of CRM tools.

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Our perfect-match teammate should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Outsourcing Sales
- Experience in negotiation and deal closing.
- Excellent understanding of the complete lead-generation process.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and modern technologies.
- Experience with CRM (e.g., Hubspot).
- Advanced level of English.
- Understanding of the full software development cycle.
- German language skills would be a plus.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify problems and needs of potential clients.
