We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team, whether you’re a tech enthusiast, payment expert, or dedicated infrastructure professional.

This project is a cutting-edge Generative AI initiative powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) designed to transform how users access and utilize information. Initially conceived as an AI-driven assistant for internal users, it provides accurate answers to inquiries about policies, procedures, and resources while offering advanced document search capabilities for efficient information retrieval.

With scalability as a core focus, this initiative is designed to support merchants and other stakeholders, delivering impactful solutions and enhancing productivity across diverse audiences.

As a Software Engineer, you will take full ownership of the application’s development, including backend and frontend development, AI model integration, and delivering a seamless user experience. This hands-on role involves working independently to drive the project from concept to completion.

What will be your work focus:

• Architect, develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for the GPT application.
• Integrate and optimize Generative AI models into the application, ensuring efficient and effective usage.
• Design and implement an intuitive frontend using Angular, delivering a dynamic user experience.
• Translate project requirements into technical specifications, working closely with stakeholders and the Director of Engineering.
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle independently, from development to deployment and maintenance.

Our perfect-match teammate should have:

• Proficient in Python with extensive experience in backend systems and AI/ML integration (4y+).
• Strong expertise in client-server architecture and API development (REST/GraphQL).
• Skilled in frontend development with Angular, focusing on building responsive and user-friendly interfaces (2y+).
• Good understanding of data science concepts.
• Proven experience deploying and scaling AI applications in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
