Jappware is in an active growth phase of the company and in 2025 we will need to find a lot of stars, so we are looking for a real headhunter for our Lviv office šŸ˜Ž

We are seeking a goal-oriented IT recruiter to help us attract, identify, and hire qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical roles. We need an organized, responsibleand proactive specialist who can quickly adapt to new tasks, find solutions, and deliver high-quality results within given deadlines.

What awaits you?

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from creating job postings and handling applications to sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and making job offers.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (PeopleForce).
  • Actively sourcing candidates for Tech & Non-Tech roles through various channels.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and the hiring team to build and adjust search strategies.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Contributing to the development of the employer brand.
  • Continuously learning and enhancing your expertise — we are ready to support your educational ambitions.

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 2 year of full-cycle recruiting experience (from search strategy creation to offer acceptance).
  • Experience in active sourcing, creatively attracting candidates and building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and the hiring team.
  • Strong writing skills to craft compelling job postings and messages that attract top candidates. Ability to handle objections.
  • English proficiency at a strong Intermediate level or higher.
  • A deep understanding of the job market and current hiring trends.
  • The ability to achieve goals while maintaining high-quality execution.
